Integrative Coaching is effective because it honours your wholeness through a supportive, holistic and non-prescriptive approach that focuses on the integration of seemingly unrelated aspects of the self.

This process is supported by three Core Pillars:

    We focus on the whole of you. Your professional and personal self. Your identity around others. Your individuality. Your fears and dreams. Your sense of meaning and purpose. We look at how all of these areas interrelate and how they can work in better alignment.

    Integration of Being

    Beyond verbal processing we access deeper levels of insight through embodiment practices. This involves guided exercises in which I invite you to experience sensations at the physical level. This somatic approach helps integrate emotions and deepen your awareness.

    Integration of Past & Future

    As we focus on the positive changes you want to bring to your life, we will inevitably encounter unconscious blockages from the past. To help you move forward, we take time to acknowledge and integrate those past experiences to support holistic growth and well-being

The Three Dimensions of Being

Depending on your level of comfort and readiness to engage in deep inner work, our coaching takes place in three different dimensions:

Cognitive Awareness - Your Intention

We begin by understanding your initial objectives and what would make the coaching process successful. We agree on our focus areas and align on criteria to measure progress.

Somatic Processing - Embodiment

As we encounter unconscious blockages getting in the way of your progress, I guide you through embodiment practices to integrate emotions and past experiences at a somatic level.

Spiritual Connection - Inner Alignment

At the deepest level, I invite you to enquire about your life’s mission and to get radically honest with how aligned your current circumstances are with your values and life purpose.

Working across all three dimensions deepens your awareness and inner alignment, supporting progress around your intentions and cultivating holistic and sustainable growth.

  • Co-creative coaching. I ask questions for you to find your own answers.

  • Bespoke Mentoring. When useful, I offer suggestions and share practical tools.

  • Non-violent communication (NVC). Understanding feelings and needs, and how to communicate them.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS). Integrating inner parts to foster harmony within the internal system.

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Holding opposites as both valid and integral.

  • Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC). Approaching blockages and challenges with care and understanding.

  • Embodiment Practices. Processing emotions effectively through somatic awareness.

During our sessions

  • You define an area of focus for our call and I create a safe container for you to explore the challenges, insecurities and limiting beliefs in that area.

  • I ask deepening questions to help you expand your awareness and broaden limiting perspectives.

  • As your awareness deepens, we might explore other seemingly unrelated areas of your life.

  • I support you in processing challenging emotions in ways that support healing and integration.

  • This holistic approach invites insights that give way to renewed perspectives and possibilities.

  • At the end of each call, we agree on concrete actions or "practices” (i.e., new behaviours), for you to focus on until our next session.

The real work happens in between our sessions as you engage in the actions and practices we agreed on. This in turn creates sustainable and long-lasting growth over time.
